Shipping policy

Production

Every CozyGames desk mat is produced to order and printed in Canada. Production typically takes 1–2 business days before your order is ready to ship.

Delivery

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 8–14 days after dispatch, depending on destination, carrier conditions and customs processing. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Any destination-specific information and available shipping services are shown in Shopify checkout before payment.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed after dispatch when the shipment is created. If the tracking link has not updated, your package is delayed or an order appears lost, contact support@cozygames.ca and include your order number.

Free shipping

Free shipping is available on orders of $100 USD or more. Eligibility is based on the Shopify cart subtotal in USD and is confirmed in checkout. Taxes and other charges do not count toward the threshold unless checkout expressly shows otherwise.

International orders, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or carrier fees assessed by the destination country. Any charges collected by CozyGames are shown at checkout; additional import charges may be payable to the carrier or customs authority on arrival.

Duties-paid delivery is not guaranteed. If you receive an unexpected or duplicate assessment, contact us with your order and assessment details so we can review the situation with you.

Address changes and delivery issues

Check your delivery address before completing checkout and contact us promptly if it needs correction. A change cannot be guaranteed after production or dispatch. For damage, defects, misprints, an incorrect product or another order issue, see Returns & Order Issues.

Nothing on this page limits applicable statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to delayed or failed delivery.
